1. The service

domainexpirycheck.com ("the Service") monitors domain expiry dates and sends notifications. You use the Service to track domains you own or manage. We are not a registrar and have no ability to renew, transfer, or modify any domain registration.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address
• You must be 18 or older to use the Service
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed annually. You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Free tier

The free tier allows monitoring of up to 3 domains. We may change free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Notifications

Expiry notifications are provided as a convenience. We make reasonable efforts to send notifications reliably, but we cannot guarantee delivery. You are ultimately responsible for monitoring your own domain renewals.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WHOIS data is sourced from public registry servers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We are not liable for any domain loss or lapse resulting from reliance on this Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.
